Day Care- what would you ...?

If you were to put your child or did put you child in "Day Care", what kind of questions did you ask before signing up? My sister is looking into places now and I wanted to give her some suggestions on what is important to look for in a day care. So if you don't mind sharing, we would greatly appreciated it.

I visited the place and took a tour first. I asked things like what kind of training (if any) the workers get, if there is a nurse on staff, how often the babies are changed, how many babies per person, what the policy is on injuries & illnesses & having someone else pick the baby up.
