Help with my chart, again!
Ok, please check out my chart. FF is saying I O today which I find to be impossible. Yesterday I had a high temp but I think its because I was a little ill (diarrhea and vomitting..sorry, TMI) today my temp. went back down to what I find is normal for me during this time in my cycle but I doubt I O. My cycles are always reg. and I tend to O between CD12-15..what do you girls think? Image Attachment(s):

Sorry, but I think you're just going to have to see what your temps say for the next couple of days. I think if you O'd it would have stayed up there. It may be an outlier. Good luck!

i agree with the pp, and if the spike was bc you were sick, just mark it as "disregard" or whatever, and it will adjust accordingly.
