i heard of tea to drink to promote AF coming...
is raspberry leaf tea for all of that? or just one thing specifically?
i'd like to get some and start drinking it if it's something that could help with menstruation...i know it could 6 weeks before i get AF again so anything that could speed up the process can't hurt 
you should drink it because its supposed to be really helpful with regulating AF especially after m/c...
idk if it will speed it up or not... but its worth a try! lol

yea i just want to get AF in general - baby steps!
i am still bleeding so i doubt it will come within 4 weeks of the d&c since it's been almost 2 weeks already and i still have some blood once in awhile. i heard it's more like 4 weeks from when the bleeding stops - doc said 4-6...so if i stop bleeding around the 2 week mark another 4 weeks is 6 weeks from the d&c which sounds about right...
why do i have a feeling i am going to think this tea tastes like a$$

almost forgot... how many cups a day do you have?
i only have 1 should i have more? the box/packet says 4 a day... i just need to get used to it i think

its not that bad..  i do 1 cup a day.. but no harm in doing 2 cups.. just let it brew for 15 mins before you drink it.. u want all the good stuff to come out..

no its not that bad... im just not used to drinking tea or coffee with out a crap load of sugar and half and half lol im being a baby lol

I started drinking it 2 months before I got my BFP (had been trying for several months prior). I didn't mind the taste (I drank the Alvita brand). But I believe the box said you can add honey. Maybe try that?
