Have you heard of weight loss affecting TTC?
So Im currently in the middle of a 2WW (this is our 6th cycle post m.c) Although I hope this is it for me, I know its always a possiblity that I will be on to another month. With that said, Id like to start the new year with a healthier mindset and would like to lose some weight. Not a significant amont, 5-10lbs. Anyone think this would be bad for TTC? Im not currently overwight but I did put on a few lbs (of jiggle lol) since my wedding a few years ago. Id rather be at a lower starting weight but I fear that any minor change I make is going to throw me off and postpone conception longer! Am I crazy and overthinking it? Hopefully I'll get a bfp and wont have to think about it and can just focus on eating healthy and let the scale do whatever its going to do. but if not, Id like to start the new WW program come January. What do you girls think?

ur not nuts, i had the same thoughts recently... i dont have an answer for you, but in my mind i thought about how weight loss and changes in diet can affect your period cycles, so I didnt want to take the change with it messing up ovulation... i didnt make any major diet/exercise changes...hope this helps!

i don't think it would. as long as you are in a healthy bmi range to start and you don't do anything drastic. i would think eating healthier and moderate exercise would improve your odds if anything.
