What should I pack for an outting to the pool.
My mom is staying home from work tomorrow and if it is nice we will be going to the pools. What should I bring for Luka. I have suncreen, hat and bathing suit. Do you think it is ok to bring him into the water or will the water be to cold?

I think it would be too cold to do anything other than dip their feet in. If you do opt to do it make sure you watch for signs he's too cold. At a young age with very little fat on their bodies, they get colder a lot faster.
I would add a coverup and a stroller with a light covering.

Also for the future (i can't remember if your baby is over 6 months but they usually don't recommend sunscreen until after 6 months) onestepahead.com sells t-shirts and clothes with spf 50 as well as a lot of "tent" types of items to protect baby from the sun's rays. That would be my main concern!

my ped said that now they recommend sunscreen whatever age since the sun can be so damaging. DD is 6 months and we are going to soon try the ring that she can sit in the pool.
