chocolate dipped pretzels?
Anyone ever do this? I bought the chocolate, sprinkles, etc. to roll them in, and will get the pretzels when it gets closer..but I want to do this with my 16year old Goddaughter when she comes next week.
Any hints or is it as simple as it seems (I doubt it but I live in hope!)

It's super easy! I usually make them with the holiday molds but you can just dip them in melted chocolate. The pretzel rods will be easiest to dip and roll. I recommend using the melting chips they sell at the craft stores and a double boiler to melt the chocolate.

They're very easy. The double boiler will keep the choc consistently melted but you can do it in the microwave too. lay them on wax paper covered cookie sheet to harden. Put the sprinkle (or whatever) on immediately. I've rolled them in sprinkles but you get A LOT of sprinkles in them. I prefer to hand sprinkle them instead. Yummy!

ITA! I actually find it easier to just dip them rather than using the molds. We did them for our candy buffet at our wedding. Everyone loved them!
