I just had an appt with Dr. Braverman. His office is in Woodbury, but also has a NYC office which is where I met him. He is highly recommended on these boards.
I have also heard great things about Dr. Tortoriello from SIRM in nyc.

im a HUGE dr. B fan. he is one of my favorite people in the world!!
i have PCOS. i did lots of cycles with him and uncovered other issues stemming from PCOS, including immune and blood clotting issues that causes 2 chemical pregnancies while i was under his care.
after a year of treatment i am now 10w pregnant from my first IVF cycle with him. he is one of the most caring people i have ever met and i couldn't recommend any doctor higher than i recommend him.

thats what i did. after 6 months of only ovulating once my gyn refused to even confirm that i had PCOS. she gave me clomid and no monitoring or instruction. i called dr. B the same day and havent looked back since. good luck!

Did you like Dr. Braverman?
Yes. I only met him once for my first consultation, but I really liked him. He was super smart and really explained everything so that we could understand it. He was also really nice and funny so it made us feel very comfortable. He sent me to get a bunch of bloodwork so I will be talking to him again soon to go over the results. So far my experience with him has been positive.
