anyone else?
Scared to be pregnant/be a parent? We are officially TTC as of Jan and even though I'm super excited I'm scared sh!tless as well. Many members of my family have fertility issues and I'm 31 so I'm scared I'm too old and everything won't work properly and I'm scared to be responsible for carrying a life for 9 months and I can go on and on. My biggest fear is fertility issues. DH says let's have a fun time and see what the year brings us but its still in the back of my head.

I'm nervous in a sense, more for the actual birth part. I am such a wimp when it comes to pain.
Also, fertility issues run in my family.

scared would be an understatement.. as much as I want to be a parent.. the getting knocked up part, giving birth, baby's health, my sanity are all factors that i keep thinking about..  but God willing, everything will work out for all of us..

use to be a bit..but after almost 8 months of trying and 1 mc we r just ready and waiting for it to happen..of course it will be hard but we cant wait

i was a little bit the first time around -we were more afraid of being parents...we were back and forth for awhile on if we were ready and then once we felt we were there we got pregnant right away which seemed like such a blessing...but now after losing the baby i am really scared of everything...the loss affirms that i want to be a parent more than anything but now my fears (getting pregnant, miscarrying again, having a healthy baby) are multiplied...
hopefully i won't let my fears eat me alive and i will be back ttc again soon...

Oh please. I could carry on all day. I'm scared of gaining too much preggo weight. I'm scared of miscarriage. I'm scared of delivery. I'm scared of not being financially stable for the kid. I'm scared of raising a scaredy cat kid. LOL
I just hope it's all normal.
