Do you ever feel like...
when you just throw your hair up, put on quick make up, slap something on out of the laundry basket...that is whene you get compliments?

I guess it was about a month and half ago that I picked up some new sweats from american eagle and a v- neck t-shirt. I dried my hair but put it up and put very little make-up. Dh came home and must have said at least twice at how cute I looked  .Yet when I try and put a cute outfit together I get the compliment at the end of the day.

Haha same here! I asked DH about it awhile ago and he said he likes how I look best when I have on jeans and a t-shirt and no make-up.  So all the effort I go through then is for nothing?! Don't tempt me DH, I'd love an extra half hour of sleep every day!

hahaha, too funny . The other day I was running late so I didn't have time to put any makeup on -normally no matter how late I at least wear a concealer, but that day I didn't even do that-and had to take a train to Manhattan . Not only did I get a compliment from DH (well I get a compliment from him every day  ) but I also got a "gorgeous" compliment from some guy on the train  AND had some British girl come up to me and say " are you an actress? you look like an actress but I can't remember the name, you are beautiful"

Totally....
How about when you work so hard to get you hair and makeup right when you have somewhere to go, and it just doesnt look good, yet on a day when you dont try at all, and you have no where to go, your hair and makeup come out awesome!

YESSSSSssssss! this is exactly what happens to me. I feel when I put too much effort its not as good LOL.
But to the original question... eh not really. If I wear absolutely no makeup I look pretty tired and pale LOL.

Yep--this is what I was talking about! If I put my hair half up without a mirror-it looks pretty good...yet if I try to replicate it with a mirror looks like crap!
