if you spot lightly...
At night like starting at 8pm,do you count that as cycle day one ? Or do you count the next day when there is a stronger flow as cycle day one? TIA

I could be wrong, but I thought that when you start spotting it counts as day 1 or at least that's what the fertility test that I have says.

Day 1 is full flow. I go to the RE and need to call on CD1 every month to make appointments for CD 3 testing. And every time I call and tell them I'm on CD1 they ask, "full flow?" Because if it's not, I have to call back when I do have full flow.

Thanks girls I have a regular period (27 days) but have been starting to spot last cple months on the night of the 26th...You guys rock!

I just asked this last week actually ... but I also just got my Basal Thermometer in the mail and it refernces Taking Charge of your Fertility and to count the first day of true red flow as cycle day 1.
