How would you feel.....UPDATE # 3 : ) (12/03/10 11:00am)
.. when you're on your 13th shot of Lupron and still no AF?
......when you thought by now you should have been on stims?
I want to crawl into bed with a box of tissue and not wake up until AF gets here....if it ever does???
. 
UPDATE #1:
Day 14 and still not AF Going to sleep so tomorrow can come soon enough. Don't feel like doing anything but getting under the covers. Appointment with Dr. R at 8:30am.
UPDATE#2 (12/03/10 @ 6:00am)
Day 15----
So guess who decided to show up and join the party early this morning? 
AF...thats' who 
5:45am---got up with intense cramping...OMG! I haven't had these type of cramping since High School  can you say painful??
Can't stand straight due to such bad cramping but I don't care because I am glad she is here!!! 
Going to see Dr.R anyway! I guess I will start stims (hopefully!!!) tomorrow
By the way...this is not a just spotting...this is full blown AF with clotting and bright red....(TMI ...sorry ) just like my regular period by the second day.
UPDATE # 3---Stims to begin tonight!! (12/03/10 @ 11:00am)
Dr. R said everything looks good. He wants me to start Bravelle (2 powders) tonight...
Need to go back and see him next Wednesday to see how I respond to it....

I totally hear you! I feel like I have been on Lupron forever!!! I hate the waiting for AF to come. I thought I would know by now what the story is going to be am I moving forward, am I taking a break.. come on. Im onto my second batch of needles that I had extras of. Dr. B said it should be coming this week, I have all the signs, heartburn, PMS, hunger, salt just nothing else. Im tired of the waiting!!

OMG! is horrible!!! I am about to begin my second batch as well.....
All I seem to think about is when AF is going to get here. I am getting all the symptoms of PMS....I was crying yesterday over a stupid commercial  boobs are killing me. I am cramping like crazy!!! and lets not forget the bloating!!!!
I figure for sure I would get it today....YEAH right!!!
Dr. R wants me to go see him tomorrow mornign to see what is going on.
How many days have you been on Lupron?
14th day on Lupron and counting!!! CD 38

Lupron is normally used to prevent you from ovulating and allows the Dr to have control over your hormones. You don't get a full period but what is called a "Lupron bleed" ; sometimes it could just be spotting. I was supposed to get such and then start my Bravelle injections (stims) 2 days after the Lurpon bleed, but since I never got it, now my RE needs to test my E2 levels and do an u/s to make sure what is going on.
After plenty of research and the help from some wonderful ladies her I am aware that some don't get the Lupron Bleed but once the RE check and makes sure everything is ok , they are able to start stims.
Usually, Lupron stops AF for people who are being treated for endometriosis.

just try and be patient. you will find in any IF journey there is TONS of waiting. you can crawl into bed and cry, and sometimes that IS the right thing to do. but you could also just keep yourself occupied and go on, knowing that what's going to happen is going to happen. we can only control these bodies so much, even with meds. believe me, ive been there and i totally understand how frustrating even one or two days can be. i def find keeping myself busy is the best way to deal with it.
hopefully you wont have too many bumps on your IF road, but try and look at it objectively, being a few days off your perceived schedule is far from the worst that can happen!! she'll come when she's good and ready! at least you have a dr. appt tomorrow so you can find out what's up!!
