who is TTC for baby #1?
i'm starting to feel a little down...i know i havent been ttc for long but when every one around me is on baby #2 & 3 i cant help it 
Anyone else in this situation? what do you do as a pick me up...and all this rain today its sooo not helping my mood

I am and its tough! I didn't think it would ever be like this because the women in my family don't have any issues. I just try to stay positive, I like to plan ahead and see what I can do differently for the mext month, diets, exersizes, teas etc all the home remedys and stuff, it helps!

I hear ya. I'm so happy for those trying for #2, etc. I never thought in a million years that it was going to take this long to conceive. It's def a downer. But try to keep positive. It will happen for you

We are. It has been hard to hear about everyone else. In our inner circle, no one else has babies, but I feel like we got married so long ago and now everyone is,...so what is next for them. Babies!! I wish babydust for us all!

Me and everyone I know is pregnant right now. Its just a constant reminder. I knew it wouldnt happen right away, I just thought definitely by now.

We are TTC for our first baby 
DH and I were married in September 2009 but waited a year before trying...I then had to have knee surgery in October so this has been our first month TTC.

I am! we got married in Feb & trying for 7 months now. It gets hard but I am sure it will all be worth it in the end!

we trying for number1..itshard but i keep telling myself all these doc visits pills temp charts opks rasberry tea etc etc is all worth it in the end and we will just keep trying and trying
dont give up!!!!!!

Im in the same position you are... friends and fam are all on to #2..
honestly, I go back and forth a alot. Some days Im devastated that Im not a mom and other days I love my life as it is and I can totally wait it out until it's time.
Before the 2WW im really carefree and optimistic and then I think afterward I start stressing myself out.
It shard to always stay optomistic. We just have to remind ourselves of all the things we have to happy about and grateful for.
The boards always help of course!

We are trying for our 1st. I cannot really relate to your situation since there is NO ONE around me getting pregnant. However, I can def. relate to the frustrating. Im on 2mth of TTC and feeling totally overwhelmed with the entire process

We are TTC #1 and its frustrating for me bc everyone I know either has a LO or is not even thinking about being pregnant!
But, that is why we have each other here on LIF!

we are..i hear ya..this process is frustarting and waht is most frustarting is that most of my closest friends hav kids and none of them really ttc..they got preggers by accident..so its sooo frustrating that they all hav no idea what we go through....
i just keep telling myself that it will happen and like someone else said thats the beauty of these boards...support

Its hard.. and especially with the holidays coming, everyone is expecting an announcement.

another friend announced yesterday she's expecting baby #3 and i'm super excited for her...i know my time will come eventually

I am TTC baby #1. It is an exciting time and I am glad I have a website that I can be part of even though I no longer live in New York (moved to Pittsburgh in 2007).
It is great to know that there are people in the same boat as me and I learned stuff I never knew just because of this website. Before this website I knew nothing about ovulation and cycles and ewcm (or cm in general)!
Just as an fyi..i have found libraries are a great source to get free books about fertility!

We are also. Only a handful of our friends have multiple kids but many have one. Sometimes I feel far behind but then I think, why do I care? I'll have quite a selection of babysitters some day!

This is my first month off the pill.... even though we just got married we have been living together since 2007 so feels like a lot longer!
Once I get AF regulated we are planning TTC... need to figure out my dates!!
