Let's talk Non-Stick
I'm not really a fan of non-stick pans - but DH loves to make omlettes and is very fussy pans.
I have the Calphalon hard anondized two pack and eggs are starting to stick a little - should I throw these out? There are very fine scratches, not a lot but a few.
I also have a cast iron pan which he won't use, not sure why, I love my cast iron.
So I want to get him a new omelette pan, something nonstick for christmas - any recommendations?
Anyone use the Earthpans/ Greenpans from crate and barrel, etc?
Is hard anondized better than traditional chemicals used in nonstick?

Re: Let's talk Non-Stick
I do not use non-stick pans with scratches in them. Ever.
For eggs I use Calphalon One pan - it is LOW stick not non-stick. So I use a bit of Pam or butter and it's great.
