How is it possible???
That I seem to know little to nothing about my body?! I can't seem to get the hang of this, so far all I see to do is write down the 1st day of af and the last, and my cycle seems to vary between 28, 29 and 30 days, I feel like I can't trust these fertility prediction sites and I have no idea when to use these OPK's? I'm serious about doing this and learning what I need to, bc I want to be prepared to start very soon, I must sound like such a rookie, but hey we all started somewhere right? TIA

i think...and i say think cause opks never work for me cause my cycles r nuts lol..but u begin usinf them 14 days after u get ur period and keep going until u get the 
if u usually get ur period every 27-30 days thts pretty regular and u should be able to figure out when u O with the opks

I really loved fertilityfriend.com and temping. Took a lot of the guess work out of it all. Good Luck!

Thank you so much ladies, I would just like to get the hang of it for a few months so when I'm ready, I'm ready! I'm on FF right now but sometimes that can get confusing, I'm going to try temping next month...unless I don't need to bc of this month

So, i recommend going online an buying lots of cheap OPK's...i use meditests.com....then if u hav no real idea when you ovulate then start testing on CD10 until u get ..if u r are pretty reg then this should do it...i was told to test in afternoon...i always get the but it can be frustrating testing everyday...so many women temp so they can narrow this window down....i do not temp but i generally O around CD 18/19 but i still start my OPK's on CD12 and I watch for EWCM...i generally get OPk a day or two after i get good EWCM...so stay on top of this too.

each person is different.....If I used them starting at 14 days I would miss my smilely.
If you have no clue about your cycle I would start temping everyday and then start OPKs at about day 8-9....the first month you will use lots of OPK sticks but after a cycle (if you are regular) then you will know better on when to start
