I'll just head out in the AM for a 4 mile run on my own. I was thinking of doing a race but it's not fun by myself (not that I would REALLY be by myself--other runners will be there but I don't have any friends signed up to run any races).
Done and showered!

I worked out HARD M-T-W so I'm good to go. There is a stairmaster at my Mom's so I might hop on there at some point today!

DD hung out it child care and we got a good hour long work out in.

I got to the gym at 7:30 and put in an hour on the elliptical. I did a little over 7 miles and it helped me feel great all day. I also kept moving during the day today and went up and down the stairs carrying things numerous times in order to keep me active and stay away from snacking. I had a great Thanksgiving and I don't feel sick or full at all.
