Should I add the Paula Deen Corn Casserole? Or is that overkill?

If you add this (which is DELISH), I would replace one of the sweet potato dishes.

Whoops...that was a mistake.... I changed it... the twice baked are regular potatoes...

Re: Can someone take a peek at my Thanksgiving menu

sounds great!!! Would the pumpkin bread be better as a dessert rather than with dinner, or is it less sweet than I am thinking?

Yummy!!! I wouldn't add the corn, b/c you already have cauliflower.

Re: Can someone take a peek at my Thanksgiving menu

Canned quartered artichokes (drain the water out of them). Add eggs (1 or 2..depending how eggy you want it), grated cheese, salt & pepper. Sometimes I add sundried tomatoes, roasted peppers, crushed pepper, olives, etc. for taste/color. Mix the ingredients together and spoon the mixture into the oil and fry them on each side till cooked/browned. Place them on paper towel on plate to drain oil after cooking. Simple. done.
