Confused: AF or Implantation Bleeding?
Hey ladies, a few days ago I noticed some brown spotting that I had on and off and then at points it was def red blood, but just a little. Also, I had no cramps or boob soreness which always happens in the beginning of AF. One final thing is this came a week before AF was due. I am pretty confused with what this is. It lasted 4-5 days. If it was AF it was VERY VERY light. My cycles are usually pretty long, and I typically get AF every 40 days or so and this happened on CD 34. Do you think it was AF or implanation bleeding? How long does implantation bleeding usually last?

I would have to go with a light AF. I don't think implantation bleeding lasts for that long. Even though you normally have longer cycles, 34 days is a normal time to be getting AF and maybe you just O'd earlier this month. Have you taken a HPT?

Hmm not sure...did you test or no?
I had random spotting once but it was a few days after AF ended AND lasted over a week, maybe like 8-9 days. It was so odd. Then I got my next AF a week early. I POAS towards the end of the spotting and my dr. did a blood pregnancy test and nothing showed and just said I had a wacky cycle.

Haven't taken a test yet, I guess I should in a few days just to make sure. Of course I want to believe its implantation bleeding but I'm sure its just AF. I guess the weirdest thing was no cramps, I actually had cramps a week before but just on the sides. I also have this constant bloated/heavy feeling, ugh who knows!

Thanks ladies! I am trying not to read too much into it, because I know it's possible to have a light period. The whole thing is just odd and never happened to me before. I will test later this week and give you an update! :)
