sigh....
Well bro and sil just announced they are pg with their 2nd. Im happy for THEM but feel like im just sitting on a bench watching everyone play the game.
Its so depressing.
What do you all do to stay positive and keep your mind off of it??

my mom told me yesterday that a friend of my sisters is 9 weeks pg... and shes actually a pretty good friend of mine too... we used to work together...
and i would have been 10 weeks... I cried hysterically in the shower right after that... i would have loved to have gone through our pregnancies together...
ive never known so many people irl (4 right now) that were pregnant all at the same time... im extremely happy for them all but every time I get a little more sad that im no longer pregnant... even more so because i cant even begin trying again until January...

It's hard. My SIL just announced she is preggo with her second. It wasn't easy for them so I want to be really happy for them but I just wish I was pregnant with her. It won't get easier if I'm not pregnant and she keeps growing.  Add to it that I am almost certain she's going to have twins. Don't ask why, just this huge gut feeling I have.

Sorry Ang, I know how you're feeling too. Yesterday my bro called me and asked me to come over bc my neice had something to tell me... After I hung up I cried to DH because I knew what they were going to tell me. I actually needed a day to prepare for my reaction so I didnt start balling in front of them.
I want to be so excited for them... I just hate that Im in this place. My orginal due date's getting closer, I didnt think it would be a big deal at all because I just figured Id be pg again by now...
Sorry for what you're experiencing ladies.. it can get really hard

Its hard...I'm not going to lie....one of my best friends is preggo and I will never forget the day she told me...it was right after we mc..she didn't know we did...I talked with her on the phone for a hour all happy...and I am for her..I am but when I hung up dh goes r u ok? I dropped the phone and just collapsed on him and cried for what felt like days...
That was in july...since then I now know 8 more prgnant people...it is what it is...I am choosing to just say to myself..it will happen for me like it did to them...they deserve it just as much as I will whenever it happens for me...
But it still stings when I hear the news at first..but I will just wait...patiently for my bfp...and I have to believe and know in my hearts of hearts it will happen for us

This really is the story of my life these days.
Every single week, for the last 4 weeks a close friend or family member has announced a pregnancy (one was EXTREMELY unexpected) and while I am happy for everyone, I cant help but shake my fist in the air as to say why not me?

Reading everyone's posts make me cry!! I feel the same way. A friend of mine was due the same day I was. Well I MC and she went on and is due next week..I couldn't even go to her baby shower, I made plans to go away instead. Then I have ppl call me to tell me they are pregnant or there friends are. I am so excited on the phone and then have anxiety attacks!! I even had to leave the supermarket the other day with my cart full because a friend of mine called to say her friend is pregnant...She isn't even my friend!! It's a crappy feeling but It will come for us and I know it's going to be so worth that long wait

I know exactly how you feel. about 2 weeks after my m/c my very best friend in the world told me she was pg. (actually I guessed it, she was too sad to tell me)...I am so unbelievealy happy for them, and then she told me her due date...yeah, it is the SAME day mine was I felt that lump grow in my throat. I couldnt help but hysterically cry that entire night, and not because my friend was pg, I was so happy for her, but because I felt it was one more thing that was taken away from me. I wouldve loved to be able to go through this experience with her.

Very well said! Right now I am not at the point where I feel upset when I hear news from people. We just started trying in September so I havent been at it that long.
There have been a lot of annoucements lately...I guess I am just at that age you know? I just say in my head that some people are more fertile than others, lol!

I could have written this myself. My bro and sil also just told us they are having #2 and their 1st is only 8 months old! They have no clue we are TTC#2, but it still hurts and I'm not looking forward to having to put on a happy face for them every time we are together, which will be moreso than usual because of the holidays.
I guess I'm just hoping to be pregnant soon so we can be pregnant together. That's the only thing that's getting me through it right now.

i can totally relate...right now i know a total of 6 people who are expecting all who are relatively close to me. I am extremely happy for each and every one of them and just keep reminding myself that God has a plan and soon enough it will be our time. I am usually ok with that theory everyday except the day AF arrives
