at what point should I start to worry?
I know cycles can be crazy after stopping the pill. At what point should I be concerned and see my dr?
Today is CD32, no AF, BFN. I was thinking about trying to set up an appt if AF isn't here by the end of the month ~CD42.. should I wait longer? What would my Dr do? Can a regular OBGYN give provera? Can she do a sono to see if I've ovulated?
This is really frustrating...
edit: this is my first cycle off

cycles can be all over the place coming off BCP. If you are worried , it never hurts to get a Dr's opinion

Re: at what point should I start to worry?
my ob/gyn gave provera. they can do a sono but depending on the timing its questionable as to whether the sono alone will tell them if you ovulated. bloodwork is a better indicator. i would wait a little longer, they probably wont do much that early on since cycles can be wacky right off the pill. for me i had a consult around CD30ish and they told me to call if i didnt get AF in 3-4 weeks. i didnt and around CD70 she prescribed provera... it turned out i have PCOS so it was more than just not getting AF after BCP.. but thats a much longer story

Re: at what point should I start to worry?
I finally went to my ob/gyn after 64 days of no AF my first month off BCP. He gave me provera and also did bloodwork to check my hormone levels. He said they all came back perfect and it was probably just an anovulatory cycle because my body is getting used to not being on the pill anymore. Now I'm at CD28 of the cycle after the provera and have not gotten a positive OPK and, at this point, I'm not counting on one and would just love to get my period within a reasonable amount of time. The first time we were TTC I didn't get a positive OPK until our 3 cycle off the pill, but I was getting my period regularly, this time I'm not, so I'm really concerned. My doc said to call him back if I haven't gotten my period in 35-40 days this cycle.
I would wait a little longer and then give a call to your doc.

Re: at what point should I start to worry?
I don't think you should jump to any conclusions just yet and I also think it's too soon for Provera.
I went to the OB when I didn't get AF after the pill and ultimately didn't start provera until CD60 something. At that point I was seeing an RE. I knew from before I even started the pill that I had PCOS.
Good luck!

Re: at what point should I start to worry?
My normal cycles are 32, 33, 34 or sometimes slightly longer.
So you aren't in the real questionable period just yet... or the bad area should I say.
Give it a little more time. You might be a late ovulator like I am... I don't usually O until cd 18- 21 or so.
Once your hitting 40 something or 50 something, then I would def go to a doctor for testing.
I'd wait even longer for medication for AF.
