OK.
"But you're so young!"
"Actually, I'm 47 and very well preserved."
"Are you pregnant?"
"No, I am just to busy eating and having sex that I no longer have time to work out."
OR
"No, I'm just fat." (I have noticably gained weight and this was what I was planning to say to co-workers if the question came up.)

People say, with a frown, "oh, you're drinking alcohol, guess that means you aren't pregnant"...as if I am such a horrible person for not being able to control when I get pregnant!
