Anyone experience this?
I got my smiley on saturday and last night (monday night) I had the most horrible AF like cramps. I'm not due for AF for about 10 more days. I have never had this before. It was so bad I was up from 3am-5am with a heating pad on my tummy praying it would stop. I still feel them but they don't hurt as much. Has this ever happened to anyone?

seems like ovulation cramps. i heard girls on here have them.

I have defintely had ovulation cramps. I thought that these would be a helpful sign to BD but at times they have been so painful that I have not wanted to BD. So, does anyone have any helpful hints to calm the ovulation cramps and continue the BD  ???

Can ovulations cramps last this long? I'm still feeling them now and it's been almost 10 hours. I was in a lot of pain too but we anyways because I didn't want to miss a day, so much for making it fun.

I get them. I feel them more in the crook of my leg, I guess where my overy would be? They are very painful! Mine will last several hours sometimes. If it gets really bad Advil will usually help.

I get pretty bad pain from it.. its like pulling, tugging, shooting pain.. and it can last a while which has made  sometimes..
