question about cramping.
i knew that this month wasn't going to be a BFP month, we decided to take a break from TTC like 1 week into this cycle.
well AF arrived 3 days earlier then expected, came on FULL force and i am having severe cramping that i am practically doubled over in pain and its so bad that i could cry.
I really dont ever get severe cramping during my cycle, just the occassional cramp that 2 tylenol will take away. but i have even resorted to Midol extra and nothing is remotely taking the edge off.
does anyone have any suggestions or answers to why this month i have such severe cramping???
thanks girls!

Re: question about cramping.
im not expert..and i have always always since i was a kid had the kind of periods where the first 2 days i was in bed back ache..cramping to extreme and throwing up all the time....when i got older it was usually a hit or miss cycle..like one time bad but not as bad..next cycle very bad
i always chalked it up to it just being a bad month..im prob wrong but maybe thats it
hope u feel better

Re: question about cramping.
if you dont usually have bad cramping maybe its just a bad month? if it happens often then i would go to a MD.

Re: question about cramping.
I've read that it's normal to have a cycle with more cramping than others... basically it's normal to have a "stronger" cycle every so often.
Yes, I've had intense cramping with AF at times. Midol or pamprin work... and if it's really bad... a heating pad on your stomach should help.
Luckily the intense cramping usually lasts for the first few days....
