rules for the 2ww?
are there any things you shouldn't do during the 2ww?
alcohol? caffeine? particular foods? etc?
I know you should be taking folic acid, but is it "OK" otherwise to keep living normally until you get a BFP?

your blood doesnt mix with the babys blood until around 6 weeks... during the 2ww if you want to stop diong stuff you can... but its not necessary...
most people cut back on stuff just to make it easier when they do get a bfp
