PW Crash Hot Potatoes
Noticed that many people have been making these in their dinner menus. Are they really good? Do you think they would go well with Thanksgiving dinner? I'm making sweet potato casserole so don't want to do regular mashed but was thinking maybe I should have a white/yellow potato also. Ideas?

I noticed that too and just looked up the recipe yesterday. I will definitely be trying these!

They are really good and fast and easy to customize. A little crisp and a little soft.. it's a nice combination of texture and flavor.
As to Thanksgiving.. I don't know if I'd choose them for a more formal meal. They kind of seem more casual to me.
Maybe you can do a gratin with russets?

Thanks for the input! Sounds yummy, I may give them a try this week. Hmmm, I remember making a pretty good scalloped potatoes, maybe I'll try those out again.
