Raspberry leaf tea (not raspberry flavored tea) is supposed to help support and regulate the female reproductive system. I drank it to try and help with my very heavy periods. You should try to drink 2-3 cups a day, but it's not recommended during pregnancy so after ovulation I would stay away from it.

the reason i am getting it is to try and head of regulating AF after m/c... i wont be trying till January to ttc again... but it is good to know that... thanks!
