William Sonoma Slow cooker sauces

I was so excited when I saw these in the outlet bc I assumed it would be so good. Well I finally tried it and it was terrible. I tried the green mexican sauce with pork thinking I'd do pork tacos or something and the sauce had no flavor! I tried adding everything imaginable to give it some flavor and the only thing that worked was adding a whole bottle of bbq sauce. Sounds gross but it tasted like that was the only thing on it.

Just wondering if anyone else tried these and what they thought. I don't know if I just didn't pick a good meat to pair it with or if the sauce was just that bland.

sorry - I never tried them. I feel like pre bottled slow cooker sauces could be tricky when finding a good one. WS has recipes on their website - maybe they have ones for the sauces that are good.

I have tried some of their simmer sauces and thought they were decent.
