Re: Which RE?
what area are you looking at? LI? NYC?
they all deal with PCOS on a daily basis.

Re: Which RE?
im a braverman girl as well. but any RE can deal with PCOS. Dr. B is particularly good if you have immunological, blood clotting, or repeat m/c issues. for me i started seeing him for PCOS only, and it turned out that PCOS caused me to have immune and thrombo and m/c issues. this was only uncovered after i started seeing him and had 2 chemicals. so for that reason, since PCOS can cause other issues, IMO its worth seeing Dr. B or someone like him, from the get go.
good luck!

Re: Which RE?
I second the pp. I don't have PCOS but borderline FSH. I did not have a good experience at all with Dr B. Moved on to Cornell and seeing Dr Davis!
Good Luck with everything!

Re: Which RE?
Everyone will have their own experiences with doctors. Not one doctor, no mater how great, is ideal for everyone.
I see Dr.B and could not be happier!! I have had a great experience there. I find him supportive, accessible, and really a cut above. I like that he really tailors the protocol to me and find he has an excellent bedside manner. He has gotten me pregnant before and I'm (impatiently ) awaiting the moment it will happen again!
(my loss was unrelated to the fertility treatments)
ETA: I have PCOS too.

Re: Which RE?
I have PCOS as well and I saw Dr. Saketos from RSofNY (Reproductive Specialists of NY). I went to their Mineola location, but they have an office in Suffolk as well. All of the doctors there are amazing! Good Luck!!
