Just out of curiosity.....
Do you feel symptoms before implantation or they happen after that?

After, the hormones that cause symptoms aren't produced until implantation occurs.

Re: Just out of curiosity.....
i def. felt them before. I was EXHAUSTED and boobies hurt. Then a day or two before i was expected to get AF i had EXTREME CRAMPING..i ran to bathroom expecting to see AF but she wasn't there...that night i took a test and i was preggo. I had taken a test two days before that and it had come back negative. Maybe my situation was different because it was also the first month i came off the pill....who knows!

Typically after- but some people don't feel anything. The signs are also very similar to AF.

How do you know when implantatin occured?
You could get a negative hpt after implantation because your hcg isn't high enough to be detected yet.
Generally, implantation occurs 7 to 10 days after you ovulate... so implantation most likely occured already.
I'm not saying it's impossible, because with TTC and pregnancy, it seems anything is possible. But I'm a little confused as to the logistics of this.

Re: Just out of curiosity.....
i guess technically i don't know, but seriuosly i woke up that morning with EXTREME pms pain. Then i thought it was sooo weird that af didn't arrive..so of course i got to work and started googling my sympton and thats when i learned about implantation. I diagonosed myself! I remember reading that a pregnancy test won't come up as positive unless implantation as occurred...So I ran home took a test and it was positive. It it wasn't implantation, i don't know what that was. Also, keep in mind that back then all i knew about ttc was that i should try to bd around 14 days after the first day of period. Seriously, that's all i knew.

Well, you knew enough for it to work!! You probably implanted before you took that hpt. You usually implant before AF is due and it takes a few days for the pregnancy hormone to build up enough to give you a positive on a hpt.
I think you can feel implantation occur but that would be about 7 to 10 days after you ovulated. Then usually the pregnancy symptoms can start right after implantation. A pregnancy symptom could be extreme AF cramps.
For me, I think I felt when implantation occured, it was about 8 DPO and I felt AF cramps so much that I thought AF was coming early an would arrive within the next 12 hours. I went to the bathroom just to get the disappointment over with. Instead of AF, I had milky CM. I told DH "Either I'm getting pregnant right now, or I'm about to get my period". 4 days later (about 12 DPO) I took a hpt and it was a VERY faint positive. The pregnancy hormone bairly even built up enough in those 4 days to give a postive. If I took a test on the day I had felt those cramps, I'm positive it would have been negative.
Unless you could get a positive on the day of implantation... IDK. I suppose it could be possible.
