Should I be going to the doctor?

We are still probably waiting til June to actively TTC -- but... should I be going to the doctor beforehand for anything?

I wouldnt say you need it but it wouldnt help. Dr. will prob. just start you on prenatal and thats all. Unless you have any issues that may interfere with the TTC process or pose a problem to the baby then I dont see why it would be necessary unless you just want to educate yourself by talking with the dr. GL

Have you had your annual pap yet this year? It might be a good idea to do that if it's due soon, otherwise your OB will do it at your first appointment after you're PG if you haven't had it in a few months. If you've been on BC in the recent past, it might also be a good idea to go to your doctor once early in the TTC process just so they are aware of the changes for you in case you have any complications or difficulties.
