my obgyn said to BD every other day or every 36 hours from 4 days before O to 4 days after O to cover your bases. (so on a 28 day cycle CD10-18). She said its better than BD every day.

My friend just had a baby and she told me that the day her AF stopped her and DH  every other day. She got preggo the first month. She started taking folic acid and did that. They used to without BC or other protection before but with the every other day and then laying there for 5 minutes afterwards, it took their first month tryin.
