HELP- Going off of BC

I am a MESS ever since i went off BC pills, my face is breaking out beyond belief..not just little pimples either, i'm getting HUGE under the skin zits (they actually hurt). And right now, as i sit here, i am lots of cramping, as if i'm going to get my period any minute, but i really don't think it will come until at least next week. Anyone else experience the cramping and twinging feeling in the pelvic area?

My cramps were def. much stronger when I came off BCP. I didn't really break out like you did but I did get more pimples on my back and not really my face.

its definitely normal for your cycle to be screwy so you could def be getting AF early. Its frustrating how the body reacts to stopping the pill, but just hang in there...it will start to get better!

yes! i had alot more cramping and pinching feelings for a week before AF came...i usually feel no cramps until the day before and first day of AF

Definitely normal! I broke out, I was cranky, nauseous and had a lot of cramps. It did get better though after a couple of months.

I was on the pill for about 13 years.

totally the same as what i went thru/am going through. first cycle post-BCP I had instensely sore boobs (it hurt to shower), raging cramps, and my skin started breaking out.

now, i just have breakouts and slight soreness in the boobies. i was JUST thinking about how I wish my skin would get better... nothing is working. i feel like i'm 15 again.
