Apple Pie Cupcakes...
I made these apple pie cupcakes from Annie's Eats and they're even better than the smores ones...OMMMMMMMG, AMAZING.
(I have to get better at making them all the same size, but I had extra batter and I made some of them HUGE)

Use a 1/4 cup measuring scoop or ice cream scoop, sprayed with Pam. Works the best.
