Prep for TTC
Is there anything I/we should do to prep for TTC? Should I get on any vitamins, go to the ref doc, gyno?

I would go for a checkup. They had me do some pre-conception blood work before I started. Also start vitamins if you don't take any already. Good luck!

Thanks, what kinds of vitamins? i take b12, womans multi, calcium

I went for a checkup and to talk to my doctor about what I should do. She gave me a prescription to go for bloodwork and told me to start on prenatal vitamins. I chose to take the One A Day prenatal vitamins.

I never really went to do any tests but I guess if you have any history you may want to test yourself. Other than that I think just starting up on a prenatal vitamin with Folic Acid for about 3mths would be a good start.

You should consider prenatal vitamins either prescription or OTC .. though at very least make sure you are taking a folic acid supplement.

I did all 3 - reg doctor, prenatals, obgyn. and reading for as much info as i can find
