possible BFP
Not sure what to do. I am not actively TTC, however would be THRILLED if it happened. DH and I were less than careful this month and now I think I am pregnant. The problem is that I do not track AF and have no idea what DPO I would be. I bought a HPT but it came up negative. I am not sure when to test again.
I have had pains in my lower left abdomen, VERY bad heartburn, and soreness.

I would wait a few days and test again. You don't know how long your cycles are or have an idea of how long they are?
