**Thursday 10 21 QOTD**
Good morning girls!
Today's QOTD is not about TTC, but it is about DC and your personality traits. If you had the option to pass on one trait from you and your husband and prevent them from having one from you and your husband, what would it be?
From me:
I would want to pass on my ambition. I feel like it's gotten me far in my career, early on and it always challenges me to learn/do more.
If I could prevent them from having one of my personalty traits, it would definitely be worrying!! Im a worry wart and it causes a lot of unnecessary anxiety.  I'd hate to see LO deal with that!
From hubby:
His logical, rational mind. Maybe it's because he's a man but he has a great way of seeing things are they are and never complicating them unecessarily.
If I could prevent something, it would be his shyness in social situations. He always says he feels it holds him back from building relationships and getting to know people.
So in all, we'd have a LO who was ambitious, logical, extroverted and never worries about a thing!

I'd give LO my brains. I'd prevent LO from having my anxiety.
From DH, I'd give LO his ability to remain calm in even the most horrendously unimaginable situations. I'd prevent LO from having his laziness!
Our LO would be smart, worry-free, calm under pressure, and ambitious!

If I could choose one of my traits for LO to have it would be my spontaneity. I feel like I have seen and done so much in this life because I am always up for something and ready to go. The quality I would not choose of my mine is stressing out about too much. I have the tendency to read into things way more then I have to and then I worry and stress. LO could definitely do without that.
DH is so driven and I would hope LO picks up that quality. DH is an attorney and anything he puts his mind to he achieves. I love that about him. The quality I would hope LO does not pick up is sometimes DH gets so passionate about things he gets mad over something very small that he doesn't really have to. He cools off right away but he causes himself unnecessary aggravation.

from DH I would say his outgoing-ness (i don't think that's a word ). He is so social and makes friends with everyone he meets instantly. I wish I could be more like that so I definitely want our kids to have that trait.
i guess from me I would say my intelligence or my kindness. i dunno thats a toughy.

From me I hope its knowing how to save money and sense of direction. I hope they don't get my sensitivity. I can be very sensitive and take things the wrong way.
From DH I hope its is work ethic. He is very hardworking. He needs to get everything done and it has to be the right way. I hope they don't become impatient. DH can become very impatient and then becomes frustrated. Doesn't happen a lot but it is over the stupidest things..haha
Both DH and I are VERY family oriented so I hope they get that from both of us.

From me, I would like to give my baby my social personality...I do not want to pass on my anxiety and OCDness!
From my DH, his brains! I hope that my baby won't be as sensitive as he is. I blame my MIL!

Good question...
I would hope my LO would get my oragnization/Prioritizing skills. I feel they have helped me in life and my career. I do hope she does not get some of my body insecurities (sounds insignificant but if has effected my life)
I would further hope LO would get DH's quick-witted, funny personality but not his temper!
