yes, and it was miserable. i was in bed after the first day. i was nauseous, dizzy, and had migrane after migrane.
IMO, don't do it. bc the most it does is gets rid of water weight, which you will gain back when you start eating again.

OK thanks for the feedback - won't be trying it
It's a cleanse but for like 10 days you drink this mixture of cayenne pepper maple syrup and some other stuff...

passed out on the 3rd day
i recommend drinking only water and herbal teas and sticking to eating fruit/veggies/clean protein instead. it's not worth it. the weight you'll comes right back on.
