Anyone ever try the Master Cleanse?
I heard Beyonce did it to loose weight for her role in Dreamgirls.
Just wanted some feedback on it.

I did it. The first 3 days were hard, then not too bad after. I bought the book and follwed the directions to a T.
I did it to see if: 1. I actually could (my husband said i had no willpower). 2. for the whole detox thing.
I would not recommend it if you are just trying to lose weight. You do lose weight, but its mostly water weight.
