The FDA reccomends that you don't wash the chicken b/c it spreads more bacteria to sink and countertops. Its the cooking process not the washing that kills the bacteria. I washed chicken before I read this now I dont

I don't get any closer to it than a tongs length away lol So no never. I am insane about contamination. And raw chicken is gross.
