Spotting
If I sound dumb I am sorry, but I can't tell if I am spotting today or lightly flowing LOL
If it's spotting it's a heavy spot, but not constant, I hope I am not messing up the first day by using it as spotting when it's really a light flow??? Is there a description of spotting verses light flow?
Thanks for helping me out haha

My dr told me day 1 of AF is a red flow.

Oh so spotting is brown?
I have had light red for 2 days but "spotting" so would that be flow then?
Oh Geese I may have been messing up my chart this whole time lol

i spotted last week and again last night and this morning...both times i was a little crampy and not to be TMI but it was like brownish CM the first time and last night it was pinkish CM and this morning brownish again...more like CM with some color to it...
it's not like the beginning of my period which is more watery and red in the beginning...
i am spotting b/c i stopped the pill and this is my first cycle off. i keep thinking that maybe it's my period coming early but then it stops...wishfully thinking maybe it's implantation but i think that is borderline impossible at this point but there is a part of me that is secretly wishing now that i feel ready for it 
how consistent is it? is it there everytime you wipe? when i spot it's not there everytime - if it were my period i would assume that i would be seeing it everytime i wiped..

Flow meaning full flow like you need a tampon or pad... how many DPO are you?

Yesterday I saw pinkish/red everytime I wiped but it wasn't heavy enough for a tampon/pad, today it is....
Should I start day 1 as of yesterday I am 8 DPO if I was using the correct day 1 these past couple charts LOL
