Question about BD...
When you BD, do you think it is helpful to let the "stuff" stay inside you for 10-20 minutes afterward? i.e. lay there for a bit? I usually get right up and clean up but lately I am trying the laying there and let it stew theory (eww haha) but not with legs in the air though.
DH thinks I am nuts for trying this but I feel it may help to let the all swimmers have a chance to find their way! Am I the only one or is this widely practiced?

i was reading somewhere that it wont hurt to stay there and lift your legs etc... but it really doesnt do anything...
the little swimmers immediately go in the direction they are supposed to... if stuff falls out of you its just normal bodily fluids or dead semen.

I usually lay with my legs up in the air for a good 10-20 mins just in case.
dont know if its necessary, but it cant hurt

i have read this also. i don't sit there...i go clean up bc i am paranoid about getting UTIs

Yes good point about UTI's.

they dont hang around once they are released they immediately start swimming in the right direction...
they find their way there with in minutes... apparently 15 minutes is all it takes for the super sperm lol

we arent TTC until the New Year but once we do I plan to hang out for a bit. I too tend to jump up right away.
