IM 4 weeks 5 days and he saw TWO yes TWO sacs..he said hes not happy till he sees the yolks so things could change but im freaken out...what do you think???
You can't really go by anything this early...I had 2 sacs early on but only one made it (lost the twin at 7 weeks)...your betas were on the low side but I guess you can't go by that since I have seen twin pregnancies with low betas....You should be able to see more at your next sono...

yea i feel like maybe it started low and the 2nd one implanted later, my first beta was at 12 DPO
