a PG test?? they say first thing in the AM, with FMU.
i take my OPK tests, after work around 5. And i don't drink water for 3 hours prior.

If you are testing before AF then you use FMU
If you are already late - they say that you can use it anytime
I took a test with FMU the day before AF was due and got a BFN
The day that AF was due - I took it at 6pm and got a BFP!
