AF after stopping pill? How long?
I am so confused. I stopped the pill in July. took the last one and got AF on schedule. this is my first cycle no pill and still no AF.
I took a couple of test and definitely not pg, but i am officially 20 days late! called my obgyn and they said it could take 4-6 weeks to get it on my own.
My question is how long was it to get AF after the pill for most of you? 6 weeks seems really long to me!

my cycles after the pill have been 44 days, 24 days, 39 days sooo its still super whacky.
some people regulate right away but others it takes awhile. It's frustrating but just hang in there!

that's it so far...
i was expecting it to be a lot longer based upon others' experiences. i'm actually concerned bc my LP has been quite short. gonna give it some more time though.

Luckily my cycles jumped right back into 30 days coming off the pill. They were just really heavy.

I never got my period after going off the pill. On day 90, my GYN gave me a pill to force my period.
The next cycle after that was 85 days long. After that, they started to come a little more often... around 59 days for the next two cycles.
Then they'd go like this... 39 days, 59 days, 65 days, 83 days, 59 days, 39 days, 59 days, 34 days, 59 days, 39 days.
I went off the pill 2 years before we started TTC because I thought this might happen since I was never regular before going on the pill when I was 18.
Definitely speak to your doctor. I had cysts on my ovaries before going on the pill which went away from the pill but once in a while they'd come back. Fortunately, I was still O'ing so they'd go away once my cycle came, but it was nearly impossible to figure out when that was.

This is my first month off BCP and I actually got AF 4 days early. Hopfully it will stick to a pretty consistent schedule or else this can get pretty annoying. Sorry that AF is taking so long to come for you..hopfully shell arrive soon.

I took my last BCP on 9/2....I was supposed to get AF on 9/9 but instead got it 9/5, which totally surprised me, and lasted 5 days. I have no idea whats going to happen for Oct but we will see.

I finally got it about 40 something days afterwards. then the next cycle was pretty regular - 29 days and I got BFP then!
