How do I prevent sleep lines everytime I sleep??

EVERY time I wake up I have terrible streak lines that take like an hour to go away. I even use a satin pillowcase...what is the deal? How do I stop getting sleep lines?? I'm a stomach sleeper, obviously.

I get them as well. I mush my face into the pillow. I sleep with a satin case and it helps a little but I still get them. I find it is a tad better with the satin thought then with a cotton case.

The only way I think you can prevent this is to sleep on your back.

I heard silk was the best. I am thinking about getting some for me.

It does help with wrinkles too since your skin slides over the pillow and does not get crunched up.
