so i took a hpt before coney island on saturday
i got the frer and it was a bfn
i have lost all hope for this month since the directions said 68% of pregnant women tested will know 6 days before a missed af and 100% 4 days before
i was 10dpo and 4 or 5 days before af so i have absolutely no hope

You really do have hope ... 68% getting positive at 10dpo means that you ABSOLUTELY HAVE A CHANCE of still getting a bfp! In any given cycle, you only have like a 15-20% chance at getting pregnant at all .. So the chance of you still getting a bfp is still pretty good if it's going to happen this cycle.. but that's just my opinion!

Don't give up yet! Those tests say that they CAN detect pregnancy that early, but that certainly doesn't mean that they will, each and every time!
It is still really early. Wait another 5 days and see what's going on then!

you really shouldnt listen at all to what the box says - its all marketing. the fact that it even says 100% is a total joke. i cant believe it can legally even say that. i feel like thats false advertising. think about it, if you normally have say a 12 day LP, 4 days before AF is due would be 8DPO - implantation may not have even occurred yet. that actually make me furious that they write that and that people believe it. its complete and utter BS...
anyway good luck. you are obviously not out yet. i wouldnt be upset until AF arrives.

I whole heartedly agree with this... at 10 dpo I got a bfn... at 15 dpo, day after missed period, was the first time I got a clear BFP.... hang in there!!!

You are not out yet!! My SIL --all FOUR times she's been pregnant-- never got a BFP until she was almost a week late! She'd POAS at the Dr's office and take a blood test... HPT comes back negative, blood test positive!

same EXACT thing with my SIL. . . and none of those tests should be able to claim 100% especially BEFORE missing AF -usually the ones with the higher %'s don't claim it until after missed P

Same here! I got a BFN the day AF was due (ETA: WITH A FRER!!) , it wasn't until she was 4 days late I got my BFP. And I had ZERO symptoms....the only thing that was weird was the whole week AF was due I kept having to wake up in the middle of the night to pee

nope - my lil sister wasnt tall enough so i wasnt going on by myself - and good thing because i went on other rides and was so nauceous the rest of the day - i think i am too old for this shiittt lol
