How much Fenugreek...
...is recommended to take to increase milk supply? I have been taking 3 capsules twice a day and I swear I am making less milk now than before I started taking it.
Also, how long until it produces a result?

I never took fenugreek, but my midwife recommended one non-alcoholic beer a day and I was able to build up a really good supply.
