Lurking and POAS ?
I've been lurking here for a few months. DH and I are not "officially" trying. We wont be until Nov-Dec of this year. But, I noticed how many tests everyone goes thru. I know you are excited and I bet I'll be the same but I was just wondering what is the most amount of tests you've taken in one month?

i just bought another thing at kmart just now... ive only done it 3 times... i would imagine that i probably wont be able to stop so i will do one tomorrow & saturday probably... unless i get a BFP tomorrow...
The first test i took was part of my OPK..
ive spent like $30 on the two boxes of tests that

i've only done it once when AF was late. it's my plan not to do it until then otherwise I'd be constantly disappointed and I just feel like it's bad karma, for some reason, to POAS every day when you know it's too early. setting yourself up for disappointment. JMO.

When I was pregnant with my DD I took about 30-35 tests over the course of a few weeks because I couldn't believe it!! (I know, I am a TOTAL POAS!!!  ) I took my last test at 14 weeks!!!  My BFF left a new preggo test in the car and it was haunting me for days so I finally just grabbed it and whizzed. Wouldn't ya know it........at 14 weeks I got a BFP!!!

Kimberly YAY! Welcome, oh and to answer your question...for me it's just really hard, I guess because with DD it was so easy and I was so early when I tested I feel like it should be that way now, but it's not so I am going to have to train myself to stop the madness of POASs like a crazy person!

I would say I've used between 2 and 5, although it feels like more! This month I bought a pack of 25 on amazon so that I didn't feel so bad about using them.

last month i probally took 10 tests. i was soo sure of being preggo, but then i ended up w/ a UTI....sooooo thats why ! but i'd go to dollar tree and get a bunch of tests

I didnt take as many as 30 but did take about 14 to 15 tests I wanted to make sure the line didnt disappear after a few days

DH made me promise now "while I am in my normal state of mind" that I will only test after a missed period...I know it will be hard but I think it's better to wait and try to keep it out of my mind (yeah right!)...
