DH had his first one done at Quest. The second was done at LI IVF.

thanks, Quest is not in network for us. We have UHC. DH was told that SA test can only be done at a hospital or dr. office. I am flipping out about this, since next available apt at my RE is 9/28!
 I am not waiting this long!

I just called LabCorp and they do not perform these tests at ANY locations, in the hospital only i am starting to lose it

My dh did his at nsuh. They had a lot of appts available but we were just dropping off cause we live 5mins away (which is also why we chose them). Good luck!!

Same for us. It was really convenient you can just drop it off or make the deposit in the office area there.

My husband had it done at NorthShore as well. You call the andrology lab and he got an appointment right away, then they just faxed the results to my doctor. Remember he has to abstain for 2 days only so when you call for the appointment they will ask!

what about cornell or NYU? i would think you could do an SA at either of their facilities.
