Almost Don't Even Feel Like Writing This..BUT

Need advice, input, etc to calm me down!

I had a miscarriage (not on my own, but with meds) a few weeks ago, August 16th to be exact! I was 6 weeks PG at the time. Two weeks later, August, 31st my DH and I Ok, then one week after that, August 7th(two days ago) I had some light pinkish mucous when I wiped. Since then (that was two days ago) I've had it a bit , every few times I wipe, even just now:)

NOW, let me brief you on this........

* I had my DD through IVF w/ ICSI two years ago(severe male factor infertility). I also had implantation spotting so I know what I am experiencing now reminds me of what I had with her

Could it be possible? I mean, the bleeding from my miscarriage stopped after 8-9 days and its been clear for two weeks! Its very rare my DH and I could have gotten PG on our own but not IMPOSSIBLE, he had a SMALL amount of good spermies:) Perhaps this discharge and light pinkish is just a fluke and left over from my miscarriage?

I am DRIVING myself NUTS over here!

PS. I went last Saturday, August 5th (two days before the pinkish discharge) for a BETA at my RE's office and it was down to 2.5. I was told to come back this Saturday to repeat, they want to see it under 1 before they'll release me! Do you think if I was having what was implantation spotting the last two days, then Saturday's beta would be higher if I was PG or would still be too early?

Thanks for any and all help ladies

I have no idea what the pinkish mucus means because your body does weird things after a miscarriage.

However, if it is implantation spotting. I think your beta would definitely be higher on saturday if you were pregnant. I think HCG shows up in the blood pretty quickly after implantation.

Good luck! Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon

in my (non-professional Chat Icon ) opinion if what you were experiencing was implantation spotting, and you dont go for your beta until saturday, that the beta would in all likelihood be above 2.5 if you were pregnant.
