Lavender Farm and Restuarant
I am wondering if anyone knows if there is a good restaurant by the lavender farm. Is it a good time to go?

Not too far of a drive is Claudios which is on the water and SO GOOD. Plus you can take a stroll around greenport then.
Either way, my suggestion would be to head to Greenport and just walk around, there are a TON of places to eat.

Yup. We have done exactly this. As well as stop at some wineries. So much fun.

Depends what you are in the mood for. Helenic's is greek and yummy - it's right down the road. There are a bunch of restaurants in Greenport. My favorite is the Frisky Oyster but I don't think they serve lunch.
